Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left the warehouse.

Track your parcel: paste your tracking number at 17track.net or, for Australia Post deliveries, at auspost.com.au.

Can't find your tracking email? Check spam first, then email us with your order number and we'll resend it within 24 hours.

Tracking not updating? Carriers sometimes pause scans between facilities for 2–3 days — this is normal. If nothing moves for 5+ days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
