Shipping Policy

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat $10 per order, fully tracked.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 business days to metro areas and 7–12 business days to regional Australia. New Zealand: 7–14 business days, calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Track it any time via our Track Order page.

Delays

Carriers occasionally pause tracking scans for 2–3 days between facilities — this is normal. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

If you've entered the wrong address, email us immediately — we can update it any time before dispatch.
