Refund Policy

The 30-day home trial

Every Velora product includes a 30-day home trial from the day your order arrives. Use it properly — that's the point. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine, you can return it.

How to return

Email us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We'll email you when it's processed.

Faulty items

Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If something's wrong, email us with a photo or video — in most cases we'll send a replacement without needing the faulty unit back. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
