Products & pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display products accurately, but minor variations in colour may occur between screens and the physical product. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund orders where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected.

Velora products are wellness and cosmetic devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use an implanted medical device, consult a health professional before use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
