All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During product launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. UNKWN is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

UNKWN is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
